V,
~~Hey, I'm a blogger. I take my camera everywhere and take pictures of everything. And if you think you were surprised, you should have seen the reaction from the doc and his nurse.

I was about to say the same thing as VioletSky.

I can just imagine what was going through their heads when you whipped out the camera.

I applaud you; I've never had the nerve to whip out the camera for this appointment, or the mammogram. Someday. You're an inspiration! Cute socks.

Jazz,
~~I actually had it up on the examining table with me and the doc says, "She'll put your camera over there out of the way." And I said, "No I want a picture with the stirrups for my blog." He goes, "Uhm, okay." I took it and she placed it over by my purse. They looked at me funny, but I'm used to that.

Carole,
~~It lightens the mood.

Gnightgirl,
~~I'm crazy with my camera like that. I imagine some restaurants think I am the newspaper restaurant reviewer. And I had to warn the tow truck driver not to freak out - that it wasn't for insurance purposes but for my blog.

What a cute idea! And what a Humiliating position....! IN all the years, I have never gotten used to it. And I like my GYN very much!

Naomi,
~~I stil prefer that to the dentist. Having people's hands in my mouth and having my teeth and gums poked and prodded, not to mention fillings and root canals and crowns, is far more horrible to me. And I think you know a thing or two about that!

At least you didn't ask him to take a photo from his perspective. And I agree, I'd also rather go to the gyno than the dentist.
