Yep...just went through that myself with my recent trip too. I start making notes of things not to forget to take and or do before I leave, and I have a final note that I leave on the kitchen counter and check it just before I walk out the door. I know you'll have a blast at the beach!! :)

~~I used to wig out with the notes and everything and then I realized I had to let that go. My new mantra is "As long as you have your medicine, you can buy anything else you forget." Plus I have Mom and Lo there to fill in any gaps.
At least wait until you're there to crack open your head. Although I'd suggest a beer instead. I think you'd enjoy that more than a cracked head. :)
