Sad Times

I feel like I need to address the fact that my sister-in-law died. She was only 43 and died in her sleep. We still do not know the cause of death. It happened in the early hours of June 8th. It has been a terrible time for My Sweetie and his family. I really do not have more to say on this. I guess I just wanted to record it here.

I'm so so sorry about your loss---only 43....That is really terrible and so unfair.

A very old and dear dear friend of mine died on the 10th of June---like a sister to me---a friend of almost 60 years---so I truly understand these losses of people so close are very very hard to take--Especially, someone so young as your sister-in-law.....

And yes, I saw Elaine Stritch "Live" many times----an amazing performer and one who touched a lot of peoples life. She was a dynamo---but the body breaks down and there is nothing you can do about it----she was 89; my dear friend was almost 83---in fact I am one month older than her--and both lived good long lives---but your dear dear sister-in-law---this is Heartbreaking! I send you and your Sweetie and all of your family and her family too, my heartfelt condolences....I hope they figure out what happened to her. Sometimes life really is so very very hard. Sending Healing Hugs To You All.

Thanks Naomi, she had three children: ages 10, 15 and 19. We are working together to help them.

I am glad you got to see Elaine Stritch live. I bet that was wonderful.
