Vancouver is COOL
Everything is so beautiful here. I didn't expect such lush greenery in a big city, but there are giant old trees everywhere! And the cool weather is awesome. I expect that when I land back in Texas my head will melt and slide down my back. Josie and I didn't see much of each other yesterday as she had to spend about 4 hours at the dentist and then needed sleep just after dinner. I ran a few errands yesterday, then we had dinner together and I headed down to "my bar" which I keep forgetting the name of but that's fine, because I know where it is. I think's it's called the Regal Beagle but sometimes I call it the Legal Eagle or Regal Eagle or Legal Beagle. I've had fun doing my usual "chatting up strangers" thing. Everyone seems to get a kick out of my accent. I also found a place that can download the pics from my camera onto a disk, so tomorrow we will have a bunch of pictures. And I expect we will take many today. Leslie is going to pick us up and take me on a tour. I hope she realizes that we will need to stop a lot for beer. I hate when I get too much blood in my alcohol!

Too much blood in your alcohol...that's good. I tend to drink a lot on vacation, too, especially on cruise ships. The drinks are so festive and with all the motion sickness meds, I'm good.
It sounds like you're having a good time. I can't wait to see the pictures!
The best thing is that the cool weather will prevent you from ever getting drunk, so you can just keep drinking and drinking and drinking

Sounds like you are having a great time! Legal Beagle?? Hmmm.... I recall a few place like that - lawyers seem to have a tendency to frequent such places and relive their cases over and over and over....!!
Of course, the cases get bigger and the lawyers get smarter with each telling of the story - and, yes, they often are just that - stories!!!
