Look! It's Danny Bordeauxie!

My Spoonerisming (Yes! it's a word! Look it up! Okay, please don't.) has now gone to a whole new level. We got into a spirited discussion tonight about the best TV show theme songs. My Sweetie was all "The Rockford Files" and "Sanford and Son" and I was all "Mission Impossible" and "Hawaii Five-O." We were singing, humming and whistling various themes (Yes, we are easily amused), and I asked "How did the Pepperidge Farm go?"

You are the queen of spoonerisms, no contest...

Oh and Survivor? February 7, confirmed by Mr. Jazz who for some reason knows these things.

Jazz,
~~I think Ian and I must have misheard the same ad!

Tai,
~~Thanks. I took that on New Year's Eve - after the champagne!

Hey, I love your new picture, but what exactly is that on your head? Is that your Queen of the Spoonerisms crown?

~~Heh heh! It was some Christmas ribbon that I stuck on my head after I drank the champagne on New Year's eve! I found it wrapped around my party hat from the year before. I was being festive!

Of the 5 shows mentioned, I only know 3 of them and I'd be darned if I could hum the song of Hawaii Five-O and Pepperidge Farm lol Mission Impossible that is an easy one :)

Funny post!

Hawaii Five-O rules. It was done by the Ventures. That's cinches it.

Sylvie,
~~I remembered later that the "Pepperidge Farm" song was "C'mon Get Happy!"

Ian,
~~Not only was it a great song, but when I was a kid, a gorgeous 18 or 19-yr-old girl did a solo modern dance number to it at our dance recital and I can still picture her. It was great! I think every man in the building fell in love that day.

How about the opening music for The Dick van Dyke Show or I Dream of Jeanie?

Ticknart,
~~"The Dick Van Dyke Show" was okay, but "I Dream of Jeanie" is a great one!

My cell phone rings to the tune of "I Dream of Jeannie." When it rings, everyone smiles. It's a jolly 'ol tune!
